<span class="text_exposed_show" style="background-color: white; color: #1d2129; display: inline; font-family: "helvetica" , "arial" , sans-serif; font-size: 14px;"><br />Tritate le carote dopo averle pulite, fatele a pezzetti mettetele dentro il robot da cucina con 100 ml di latte, così si frullano bene. In una ciotola o nella planetaria sbattete le uova con lo zucchero.<br />Aggiungete ora la farina 00 a cui avrete mescolato la farina di mandorle e continuate ad amalgamare l’impasto delle <b>Camille</b> aggiungendo le carote che avete frullato con il latte, l’olio di arachidi, la vanillina e il lievito setacciato.<br />Una volta mescolati tutti gli ingredienti inserite dei <b>pirottini</b> di carta dentro la teglia da <b>muffins </b>e distribuite 3 cucchiai dell’impasto per parte. Per cuocere le camille portate il forno statico a 180° per 20 minuti, se lo stuzzicadenti esce asciutte sono cotte.<br />Quando le camille sono pronte spolverizzatele con lo zucchero a velo.</span><br />

Per realizzare il risotto con spinaci è necessario utilizzare soltanto le foglie degli spinaci.<br />Dopo aver eliminato i gambi sciacquate la foglie più volte.<br />Quindi lasciatele sgocciolare per bene.</div>

<span style="color: #993300;"><span style="font-weight: 700;">PROCEDIMENTO</span></span><br />Tagliare a dadini le melanzane , peperoni , pomodoro e la cipolla metteteli nei piatti separatati .<br />Ora prendete una padella inseriteci l’olio e incominciate a friggere le melanzane , poi i peperoni appena sono pronti metteteli a scolare in un scolapasta cosi l’olio in eccesso va via.<br />Nel frattempo togliete l’olio dalla padella e mettete quello pulito ma vi raccomando poco , ora dorate la cipolla e appena e quasi dorata inseriteci il pomodoro che piano piano lo girate e aspettate che si ammorbidisca .<br />Appena vedete che il pomodoro e quasi cotto aggiungeteci prima le melanzane girate ,poi i peperoni e mescolate tutto fate bollire un pokino appena si sono presi il sapore fra loro prendete l’aceto e versatelo in senso orario ma non troppo.<br />Fate evaporare l’aceto ed ora metteteci un cucchiaio di zucchero cosi create agrodolce la caponata.<br />Non mi resta altro che aspettare che si raffredda e potete utilizzare la caponata come antipasto ,oppure un secondo accompagnato con dei crostini di pane .<br />Se volete creare un antipasto e fare bella figura con gli amici comprate del pesce spada a tocchetti fatelo bollire e inseritelo mentre che cuocete la caponata ma non mettete aceto…. baciuzzi</div>

<span class="text_exposed_show" style="background-color: white; color: #1d2129; display: inline; font-family: "helvetica" , "arial" , sans-serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 18px;"><br />PROCEDIMENTO<br />Lavare ed asciugare le zucchine, eliminare le due estremità e tagliarle a rondelle sottili.<br />Lavare e tagliare a quattro i pomodorini.<br />Tritare la cipolla e rosolarla in un filo d’olio.<br />Aggiungere le zucchine, lasciarle qualche minuto a fiamma alta.<br />Salare e pepare.<br />Unire i pomodorini e mantecare il tutto.<br />Abbassare la fiamma e far cuocere per una decina di minuti.<br />Sfumare il tutto con del buon vino bianco e lasciar evaporare.<br />Quasi a fine cottura unire il basilico fresco, lavato e spezzettato con le mani. </span><br />

Procedimento:</div>

Mettete una pentola con dell'acqua sul fuoco e portatela a ebollizione ,quando bolle buttategli gli spaghetti e il sale.</div>

Prendete la zucca e incominciate a tagliare a piccoli pezzettoni<br />mettetela a bollire con l’olio acqua e mezzo dado vegetale .<br />Appena cotta schiacciamola con la forchetta facendola diventare cremosa.<br />Ora prendiamo un’ampia padella e mettiamo la cipolla tagliata a piccoli pezzettini con il cucchiaio d’olio extra vergine d’oliva ,appena la cipolla diventa morbida ma nn bruciata inseriamoci il riso e incominciamo a mescolare .<br />Ora incominciamo a inserire il brodo vegetale a poco a poco dovete coprire il riso e vi raccomando di girare spesso ,appena il brodo restringe aggiungeteci altro brodo .<br />A metà cottura inserite a piccole dosi la crema di zucca e un mestolo di brodo questo procedimento va fatto piano piano a fuoco basso finche la crema sarà stata tutta inserita .<br />Appena il riso è pronto spegnete e spolverizzate con del parmigiano</div>

* 250 gr macinato di carne magra<br />
* 250 gr di macinato di maiale<br />
* 1 cipolla<br />

* 1/2 bicchiere di vino bianco<br />
* 1 bottiglia di polpa di pomodoro<br />
* penne rigate gr 400<br />
* sale $ pepe<br />

Procedimento <br />
<br />
Prendete una padella mettete l'olio<br />
e la cipolla sminuzzata fatela imbiondire<br />
ora aggiungete il macinato di carne e fatelo rosolare un pokino , versate il vino e fate evaporare.<br />
Aggiungeteci ora la polpa di pomodoro<br />
girate il tutto aggiustate di sale e pepe .<br />
Cuocete a fuoco bassissimo finche il sugo diventa denso.<br />
In una pentola mettete a bollire l'acqua ,<br />
appena bolle buttateci il sale e la pasta fate<br />
cuocere la pasta al dente ,perchè poi dovete spadellarla .<br />
Scolatela aggiungetela al ragù con una bella manciata di parmigiano spadellatela come si deve .<br />

A lievitazione avvenuta, riprendete l’impasto, lavoratelo ancora qualche minuto<br />Lavorate ciascuna porzione a forma di cordoncino create una sorta di serpentina raccolta su se stessa, ma che vada da sinistra verso destra (a zig zag).<br />Non piegate invece l’ultima parte del cordoncino, che adagerete al centro al senso della serpentina per tutta la lunghezza della mafalda.<br />Accarezzate con le mani umide d’acqua la superficie e cospargetela con i semi di sesamo che in tal modo si attaccheranno più facilmente all’impasto.</div>

Taglia la cipolla a spicchi e la melanzana a dadini.<br />In una padella antiaderente fai saltare la cipolla con 3 cucchiai d’olio e un pizzico di sale.<br />Dopo 2-3 minuti unisci la melanzana e saltala a fuoco vivace.<br />Prendi i pomodorini e uniscili alle melanzane , fai cuocere per qualche minuto il pomodoro metti sale e pepe q. b.<br />Unisci il tonno sgocciolato e il basilico spezzettato.<br />Metti a fuoco basso e dai il tempo che i sapori si abbracciano<br />fra loro.<br />Fai lessare la pasta in abbondante acqua salata, scolala molto al dente e saltala a lungo nel condimento di melanzana e tonno versala nei piatti. e servi subito.<br /><span style="font-weight: 700;">ALLA PROSSIMA</span></div>

Lavare le melanzane, e tagliarle a tocchetti.<br />Scaldare in una padella l’olio extra vergine di oliva, con le melanzane e un po’ di sale grosso.<br />Si fanno scottare per 5 minuti girando continuamente, poi aggiungere un filo di olio e continuare la cottura per altri 5 minuti circa, finché le melanzane non si sono completamente ammorbidite.<br />In un padellino si fa imbiondire l’aglio in olio extra vergine di oliva ,aggiungete il pomodorino e metà bottarga macinata, facendo sciogliere e amalgamare il tutto a fuoco moderato.<br />Cuocere la pasta al dente e unire le melanzane, l’olio e bottarga e la restante bottarga macinata.<br />Amalgamare il tutto e aggiungere un pizzico di prezzemolo prima di servire il piatto in tavola</div>

<span class="text_exposed_show" style="background-color: white; color: #3a3a3a; font-family: "Roboto Slab"; font-size: 15px; line-height: 24px; text-align: center;"><b><br /></b>In una padella mettete la noce di burro e la mezza cipolla tagliata<br />a pezzettini piccola fatela dorare.<br />Aggiungete la mortadella tagliata a piccoli cubetti ,fatela rosolare mettete il pomodoro .<br />Prendete la panna e aggiungetela nella mortadella girate e mettete 1/2 bicchiere d’acqua per far si che la panna si scioglie bene.<br />Mettete a bollire l’acqua e salate metteteci gli spaghetti appena bolle , aggiungete 1 busta di zafferano nell’acqua ,scendete gli spaghetti al dente<br />perchè poi li dovete saltare in padella.<br />Ora mettete gli spaghetti nel sugo che avete fatto girate bene e spolverizzate<br />con il parmigiano amalgamano bene gli ingredienti aggiungete il pepe .</span><br />
